SRCS Confidential Safety Concern Reporting Form  / Formulario de Reporte Confidencial de Inquietudes de Seguridad de SRCS
Students, staff, parents or community members may use this reporting form to report any concerns about potential threats to the safety of students, staff and community at any SRCS school. Please know that concerns that are reported are taken seriously and each concern will be investigated and evaluated in order to ensure the safety of our community.  

If you are concerned about an imminent threat or something that requires immediate response, please call 911 immediately.

Note: This reporting form does not take the place of the District's Uniform Complaint procedure. To learn more about this process and to file a formal complaint, visit www.srcs.org/12856_2. 

Los estudiantes, el personal, los padres o los miembros de la comunidad pueden utilizar este formulario de reporte para informar cualquier inquietud sobre posibles amenazas a la seguridad de los estudiantes, al personal y la comunidad en cualquier escuela de SRCS.
