- Yes, you can add more than one student per account within the district. Please review the above help guide for instructions.
- How do I get my Verification Code?
- You may obtain your verification code from your schools secretary.
- Can a family have more than one Parent Portal Account?
- Yes, each account requires a unique email to set up. Both students and parents can have Parent Portal accounts. As long as you have the verification code, you may create a Parent Portal account.
- Is the verification code diffrent for student accounts than a parent account?
- No, the verification code is the same for both the Parent and Student account.
- I did not get a confirmation email, what can I do to activate my account?
- You may contact Aeries support (aeries {at} srcs.org) to request a second confirmation email be sent to you. Please add (aeries {at} srcs.org) to your safe contact list on your email provider account. If you continue to have trouble receiving your confirmation email, please contact our office at 415-492-3143.
- Is an email account require to create an account?
- Yes, a valid email is require to create an account to confirm your identity.
