Management Team

Jim Hogeboom

Jim Hogeboom began his tenure as the Superintendent of SRCS at the start of the 2019-20 school year. He oversees all district leadership including: Human Resources, Curriculum and Instruction, Information Technology, Special Education, PR/Communication, Business Services and Maintenance /Operations.

Superintendent Hogeboom has been a classroom teacher, Principal, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent. He is known as a visionary, an innovator and a reflective systems-thinking leader who believes that every student can reach their full potential, if we ensure them that opportunity. He leads with an open, approachable and collaborative style to bring diverse groups together and use the strengths of everyone to move forward on behalf of what's best for students.

Under his leadership, Superintendent Hogeboom has worked to ensure that students are engaged, challenged and inspired to learn. Furthermore, he believes equity is a moral imperative and has set goals and developed targeted strategies to help achieve this important priority. 

Superintendent Hogeboom received his Administrative Credential from Sonoma State University, a Master of Arts degree in Administration from San Francisco State University, his Teaching Credential in Business and Social Studies from San Francisco State University and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
