San Rafael High Swimming Pool Repair
Project Description
This project will repair the tile and plaster at San Rafael High Swimming Pool. The engineers estimate for this project is $61,000.
This project originally went out to bid on May 2, 2011, and did not receive any bids. The District took this project out for a second time with a bid date of June 7, 2011. Bids came in over the engineers estimate so the Board of Education made the decision to reject all bids on June 13, 2011.

Short School Modernization Phase 1
Project Description
Phase 1 of modernization will bring the Pod building classrooms up to ADA accessibility and upgrade of the fire alarm system. This phase will also bring the restroom facilities into ADA compliance. The engineers estimate for this project is $471,000.
