Measure A was approved by the voters November 2002 and provided $49,500,000 to fully modernize and update San Rafael, Terra Linda and Madrone High Schools. Bond funds will be used to enhance the quality of education through facility improvements. As required under Prop 39, an independent Citizens' Oversight Committee was establish and appointed by the Board of Education.
