San Rafael City Schools has launched a new website for our current bond program, which is funded by Measures A & B!

As identified in the program maps that were adopted by the Board of Education, the following projects are scheduled and budgeted:

Elementary School District


Bahia Vista Elementary School

  • Lunch / shade structure

Glenwood Elementary School

  • Multi-purpose room, modular

Laurel Dell Elementary School

  • Campus replacement and expansion, 1-5, modular; Kinder portables

San Pedro Elementary School

  • New classroom and admin building, modular

Short Elementary School

  • Four classrooms, multi-purpose room, library modular, site improvements

Davidson Middle School

  • Air conditioning at Admin building
  • New two-story STEAM classroom building, modular
  • New multi-purpose room / music building, modular
  • Gym locker and PE classroom expansion

Venetia Valley K-8 School

  • Lunch / shade structure
  • Demo kinder, 50s wing, install replacement portables and swing space
  • 6-8 STEAM building expansion, modular
  • Replacement classroom building 
  • K-5, modular
  • New gym building, modular
  • Parking and drop-off


 

High School District


Madrone High School

  • New Madrone building (combined with Science building)

San Rafael High School

  • Stadium
  • Air conditioning
  • New science, locker room expansion
  • Admin, main entryway, cafeteria, central kitchen
  • Convert former admin to classroom / restrooms
  • CTE building replacement
  • Parking improvements
  • Modernize weight room

Terra Linda High School

  • Air conditioning
  • New kitchen, cafeteria, 
  • New classroom (STEAM)
  • New practice gym
  • Gym expansion and renovation
  • Expand and renovate CTE
